We traveled with 3 small kids and our dog and this was perfect or us. Lots of room outside for the kids to play and our dog to run around. They spent so much time on the beautiful swing set. This house was very close to everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. The views were amazing. The host was very fast to respond to any questions. We would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the farm house. The house was clean and cosy. Our kids enjoyed the swing and hammock. The hot tub was so nice to relax in after long days of beautiful hikes. The surroundings of the farm house were peaceful and beautiful, we loved the view from the big windows that fill the house with light. We enjoyed the birds chirping and cows mooing in the distance. We will likely come back!

We had an awesome stay while on our wedding trip. It was a perfect location- close to everything in Grand Junction but also private! The house was so clean and we felt right at home. There was even a welcome basket for our dog! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Such a peaceful getaway. The weather didn’t corporate for biking so we hunkered down and enjoyed the hot tub, playing games, napped in the comfortable beds and enjoyed a lazy day in a beautiful setting. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the house was such a great layout for our family of four. Highly recommend!

The home and outside area was beautiful. We watched the wildlife from hot tub and beautiful sunsets. If you like biking and hiking Stan’s home is less than 30 minutes to all kinds of trails. We definitely will be back to his home. Take a drive up the Grand Mesa and Colorado Monument.

Very beautiful Airbnb ! We live in town but it was a nice 2 day trip get away from all of the noise! The only thing I would mention is the price but other than that very beautiful and the hosts have clear instructions! Would definitely go again ! :)

Open and bright place. Our dog loved looking out across the fields. Very comfortable beds and functional, usable nice kitchen and lovely modern bathrooms. The hot tub and appliances worked great although the dryer was pretty squeaky. It would have been nice to have a fire place as it was a very cold night, otherwise it had everything we needed!

My son and I loved our stay here! The place was cozy, updated and the ambiance was great. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The location was great. It felt private and away from it all but was still quite close to everything. Views were also great! I loved how responsive the hosts were and that they provided so many great recommendations. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!!

We had such a wonderful time here. Stan and Sabrina’s farmhouse is clean, modern, and cozy with thoughtful details and no amenity neglected. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the grand valley with our pups and catching up with friends and family in the area. The location is close in proximity to everything we wanted to do, but feels rural and private. We have stayed at many airbnb properties throughout the US, and this one ranks among the very best. We loved it so much we extended our trip and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the meadowlarks singing in the mornings and evenings. The house was extremely clean and comfortable with wonderful views from all of the windows. Great place for a peaceful getaway!

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful house. The location was easy to find and it felt remote enough to enjoy the peace that nature offers, while also being close enough to town to run errands or go out to eat. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice way to keep warm while outside and had plenty of room for me and my friends. I would definitely recommend this home as a nice get way from the daily hassle of work and stress.

If we could rate this place six stars, we would! The modern farmhouse is extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated (with actual art - bonus!), modern, quiet, and private. It is just far enough from town, but not too far. We were in town to drop our son at Colorado Mesa University, and it was SO nice to return to the expanse of the 13-acre, grassland property to relax after busy shopping days. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit despite chilly temps, and appreciated the fact that Sabrina and Stan seem to have thought of literally everything. We were even able to charge our rental EV in the garage! Wonderful place, great hosts, and spectacular location. We’ll be back for sure!

Nice place tucked away from the busy roads. Hot tub under the stars was wonderful. The dog enjoyed romping through the field in the back. Clean and spacious!

I highly recommend their place as it has beautiful views, extremely clean and comfortable, and close distance to town. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely book them again.

This place is what every airbnb should strive for 🙂 everything was beautiful and it felt like a home. Also, made us and our dogs feel super welcome (they had a basket full of dog items we might've needed). Loved watching the sunset and sunrise from the back patio too.

Such a perfect spot! Hot tub was clean and hot, bed was super comfy, spotlessly clean everything, and the view was stunning! We would've stayed another night if we could've.

This is our second time staying at this awesome Barn Retreat! Everything is always clean and beautiful and all of the cute updates throughout the house make it so charming and classy! We will definitely come back again and again. Stan does a great job at adding new things around the property to make it even better each stay! 10 out of a 10!

This was our family's 2nd stay for birthday celebrations at this beautiful, serene, family friendly getaway not far from home! Both times we have just come to love the space more and more and have made amazing memories that will be with us forever! We loved the quiet, serene setting around us, the spacious but cozy open floor plan of the barndominium that provides 2 floors of comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. The game space was fun to make memories with the kids and the quiet comfort of the hot tub was a great amenity to unwind and relax in. We loved the kitchen island where we could gather around for early morning chats & coffee! This was such a great space and location that did not disappoint! We will be back! Thank you also for being great hosts!

We were pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do at the Barnhouse! There was a ping pong table, games, and hot tub kept my daughter's friends busy the whole time. The bathrooms were also impeccably clean! Beautiful home and location, would definitely use again and recommend to others!

We stayed in many Airbnbs through the years. The grown kids, now in their 20s, said this was the best family Airbnb stay ever—ping pong, hot tub, disc golf, darts, you name it, all with an Airbnb unbelievable view. We had a blast!

This place was so beautiful!! It had everything you could possibly think of that you might need!! There was a welcome booklet with instructions on how to work the hot tub, fire pit and a list of restaurants, liquor stores, etc. If the booklet didn't cover something, all you had to do was send a quick message and the host responded almost immediately. It is out of town a little so the peace and privacy was conducive to a relaxing stay, however, only a 10 minute drive to get to town. Amazing property and wonderful hosts.

The place was awesome! So much for the kids to do, from ping pong to darts to disc golf and so much more. Plenty of space for everyone and it had everything we needed to prepare meals and host our group. The communication was great. The place is extremely clean and the location is very private. I've stayed at this property a few times and we love it. it's beautiful and we feel right at home. Sabrina and team are honest, friendly and very promt with responses and understanding. they have a few properties in town deffinetly 10 out of 10 hosts . And would deffinetly recommend staying at this or any of they're property .

Wow, is all I can say about this property! We love staying here, last time we stayed in the smaller farmhouse before this bigger barn was finished. So glad we got to stay here as well. It’s perfect for a larger group with two large living spaces and nice kitchen. Everything is newly renovated and all furniture and beds were comfortable! The best thing for us is the serenity and privacy. It’s a short drive north of town away from the city hubbub and into acres of quiet and beautiful surroundings, plus mountain views! It’s the first place we look for to see if it’s available. The hosts are super responsive and friendly!! Don’t miss out staying here, yall!

Beautiful, family friendly barn/house. We loved everything about it and hope to return to visit with family. The views and ambiance of the entire place were just our style. Beds were probably the most comfortable air b n b beds we’ve experienced along with the pillows. So cozy and lovely... I didn’t want to leave.

We had a great Thanksgiving! Hosts had everything we needed and more. Loved this house and everything it had to offer. Great for a family. Lots of space. Enjoyed the ping pong table and darts for family competition. Definitely going to book again!

We enjoyed staying for my nieces sweet 16 girls getaway evening! The hosts were very helpful, accommodating, and flexible to meet our needs. The house was absolutely stunning, inside and out with peaceful surroundings and views right out the back door. The inside was immaculate, very well stocked , and had some fun options for time spent at the property including darts, ping pong, board games and fun gathering spaces to enjoy a drink and cook a wonderful meal. We were very pleased and look forward to planning our next family get away / mini vacay close to home!
